My first attempt at painting ice- geez, that stuff is tricky! Frozen water, how bad could it be, right? Nuh-uh. But thats why we do this daily painting thing, to grow and improve and expand horizons, that sort of happy stuff.

Hi Kellie, it looks like you won the battle in this one! :) This type of illusion is based entirely on values - took me a long time to learn it. Thanks for your input on Wyoming, and I've finally updated everything from the past 2 weeks. Internet connection was pretty lousy.
ReplyDeleteI haven't attempted painting ice but it sure does seem like the simplest things in life are the hardest ones to paint. I think you did a fantastic job with it!
