12x12 acrylic on cradled hardboard

Had a whole lot of fun with this one :) The texture on the rocks, the rich greens of the mosses, the glints of light on the water, her all glowy and pale.... I dunno, I wanted something haunting and delicately cool. In-between.

(yeah, just reread that last paragraph.... this is why Im a painter and not a writer)
