6"x8"Experimenting, a little bit. The white background is actually just the blank canvas, and the pear itself, the color is a combination of quinacridone magenta and green gold, very beautiful transparent colors that work surprisingly well together, and then the neutrals are vandyke brown, paynes grey, and just a little bit of white. Maybe my goal was to do a really transparent, set it and forget it sort of painting, and I guess for me it is- you can go back and fuzz but so much with all transparent colors and no paint on the background :) It's got a nice glow to it, this way...
